Wings of Marie: Mini-boss concept

This personal project packs a punch! A small individual character project, I imagine it could serve as a mini-boss of sorts for a cyberpunk-type game.

In my imagination, the main boss of this level, a type of mafia boss, has taken the skull and brain of this character, who was previously sent on an assassination mission and converted the personality within into a personal bodyguard of sorts, aided by the advanced cybernetics and biotechnology that he traffics.
